Become an Ultratooth
Certified Provider.

Formal training in the surgical placement and prosthetic restoration of the Ultratooth™ is a requirement for using the system — not an optional extra. The curriculum is delivered online through Ultratooth Online, and you can start with a free introductory course today.

Why it is required

A different device
needs a different
set of hands.

Most of what a surgeon already knows about seating an implant transfers directly to the Ultratooth. The expansion step does not — it has its own endpoint, its own failure modes and its own retrieval procedure.

Certification covers exactly those differences: case selection against the immediate-loading contraindications, the expansion endpoint, one-piece provisionalisation, restoring the finished case, and what to do when an implant is ailing.

How it works

From enquiry
to first case.

Four steps. Most of it you can do in your own time; the last step we do together.

  • 01

    Try the free introduction

Create an account at ultratoothonline.com and take the one-hour introduction. It costs nothing and it's the fastest way to judge whether the system fits your practice.

  • 02

    Complete the Certified Provider series

The full training series carries 5 CE units and covers the system end to end, including the parts that differ most from conventional implantology.

  • 03

    Add the restorative module

Bring whoever restores your cases through Restoring the Ultratooth — the one-piece design changes the impression and provisionalisation workflow, and it's worth the whole team understanding it.

  • 04

Talk to us about your first cases

Once certified you're supplied directly by Biodent, and our clinical team is available to discuss case selection — particularly in compromised bone, where the immediate-loading contraindications decide the outcome. Get in touch.

After certification

What providers
are given.

Certification is the start of the relationship rather than the end of it — direct supply, clinical support and patient-facing material for the practice.

01

Direct supply

Implants, prosthetic components and the universal surgical kit are supplied directly by Biodent to certified providers, with quotations and lead times handled case by case rather than through a storefront.

02

The Ultratooth Handbook

The full specification, placement and restoration reference, alongside the placement chart and the non-expandable implant chart.

03

Clinical support

Access to Biodent's clinical team for case discussion, and to Dr. Lazarof's own experience with the cases that don't follow the textbook.

04

Patient-facing material

Certified Provider poster set, patient brochures, the Ultratooth 3D demonstration model, practice signage and provider apparel — so patients can see the distinction in the operatory.

05

Listing as a certified provider

Patients looking for single-visit tooth replacement are directed to certified providers only.

06

Continuing education credit

The Certified Provider series carries 5 CE units, recorded against your account at Ultratooth Online.

Next step

Start with the
free hour.

The introduction costs nothing and takes an hour. If the system isn't right for your practice, you'll know by the end of it.
